Feida gluing machine with paper feeder adopts automatic paper feeding and gluing, automatic temperature control and 24-hour timer.The production line is equipped with air suction device to avoid the paper curling and bubbling.The spring scraper is added to Feida feeder to avoid the phenomenon of feeding two sheets of paper at once. The use of hot melt glue (animal glue) or white glue is sanitary and environmental protection,which is recyclable and saves cost, the working speed is adjustable .

The biggest advantage of the machine is that it owns intellectual property patend of glue drip-proof design, which keeps the conveyor belt cleaning. In addition, it update the function of Feida pause, which greatly avoids the wide gap between paper to paper causing defacts , besides ,it can  be customized to pause for positioning to ensure the precise positioning accuracy  by the time the conveyor belt is moving , pause time can be set according to your own demands, the machine adopts high-precision photoelectric control and color code sensor, which is 100% accurate.

This machine adopts high-precision PLC control, two heads work at the same time, and it is equipped with fully automatic line for one-time forming.
